01 — Foundation
The heart of our academy. Gi-based Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes in Mission, BC built around fundamentals, positional understanding and live training. Smaller, weaker, slower — none of it matters when your technique is sound. That's the promise of jiu jitsu, and we teach it from your very first day.

02 — Submission Grappling
Fast-paced, modern grappling without the kimono. Our No Gi program covers wrestling-based takedowns, leg locks and the systems used at the highest levels of submission grappling. All adult Wednesday and Thursday classes run No Gi, plus a dedicated Friday leg lock class for advancing students.

03 — The Art of Eight Limbs
Authentic Muay Thai in Mission, BC, coached by Kurt and Brandon. Learn striking fundamentals — punches, kicks, knees and elbows — through technical drilling, pad rounds and conditioning that will leave you fitter than any treadmill ever could.

04 — Ages 4–12
Kids martial arts in Mission, BC, split into two age groups: Lil Kids (4–7) and Big Kids (8–12), across both BJJ and kickboxing. Classes build coordination, focus and confidence through structured play — and a Friday competitive class challenges kids who want more. Parents tell us the change at home is the best part.

05 — Women Only
A dedicated, women-only space to learn BJJ and kickboxing among supportive training partners. Designed to empower through self-defence skills and fitness — many of our members started here with zero experience, and today they're confident martial artists with a community behind them.

06 — Build the Engine
Group strength training designed to complement your martial arts — or stand on its own. Saturday morning sessions combine full-body strength work with conditioning that carries over directly to the mats, the ring and everyday life in equal measure.
